Whitespacing in company with the way Hugo creates inner content generates an unwanted starting paragraph for

> [!info] Can callouts be nested?
> > [!important] Yes!, they can.
> > > [!tip]  You can even use multiple layers of nesting.

Revisit all shortcodes and render hooks to apply correct whitespacing
