Add reporting of SDSUPPORT in M115 extended capabilities report
Benefits
Currently, there is no way for serial hosts to know if the Marlin firmware supports the SD card or not.
With this, the hosts will be able to check if Marlin Firmware supports SD Card to know if they can check for files and perform other G-codes related to SD Card.
