In reference to #11837…

Only the first filament runout sensor currently appears in the M119 report. This PR adds support for up to 6 filament runout sensors. The output for 3 would look like this:

filament: open
filament 2: open
filament 3: TRIGGERED

Also:

  • Added the other runout sensors to the PINS_DEBUGGING output.
  • Moved all the strings used in M119 to program memory.

@MarlinFirmware/host-software-team — This might affect you if your host is trying to parse the output of M119.
