Add support for the RADDS Extension Board V3 supporting up to 6 extruders. And, make the massive catalog of changes required to support an additional extruder (take notes!).
Split off from #11062 by @TheLongAndOnly.
This PR should be merged first, and then further changes to the Z3 feature will be needed before it can be merged.
