[BUG] No menu refresh after selecting Release SD Card menu option.

No, machine does not exist in bugfix-2.1.x yet.

Bug Description

When you select "Release SD Card", the menu does not refresh. Nothing on the screen changes until you interact with it.

Expected behavior

When the SD Card is released, the menu should refresh. As such, the option "Release SD Card" should no longer be visible on the screen and any other options should be adjusted as required.

Actual behavior

When the SD Card is released, the menu does not change, so there is no feedback that the SD Card has been released. If you turn the Encoder, "Release SD Card" option will be overwritten by "Select from SD", but the "Select from SD" entry below it will not be removed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select "Release SD Card".
2. Nothing changes on the screen.
3. Turn the Encoder. The "Release SD Card" option will be replaced with "Select from SD", without removing the "Select from SD" entry at the bottom of the menu (duplicated but not able to be selected).

I have three printer presently on latest 2.1.X Bug fix that does not have this issue.Two SKR 3's and one Octopus pro V1.1 all with BTT screens.Just for FYI !

Note: This could be specific to these DWIN-style displays, and possibly only present in the 2.1.3-beta3 release.

Managed to sort the upload issues. Here's the config files I'm using.

Note: If you eject the card right after selecting "Release from SD", then the screen goes back to the main menu and it puts "SD Card Removed" at the bottom. As the menu item saying "Release from SD" doesn't disappear, and there is no other info on the screen, it's unclear that the card can be cleanly ejected, particularly if you can't hear the menu beep.

No. I did try some of the display files initially when I was first loading, but at the moment I'm on the default Marlin UI DWIN_SET files.

Also, I was deliberately looking to use base Marlin for this machine if at all possible, not a fork.

Apart from this small UI issue (no screen feedback after selecting "Release SD Card" menu option, so you know you can eject the card), there's been no issue with usage of the machine over about 40 prints so far.

there may be differences using ProUI JyersUI CrealityUI ect...
I just know I do not have this issue using ProUI, specifically over on my fork
