Pre-release server-only v0.0.5

Here's a pre-compiled version from the current commit in the repository.

Attached below is a trimmed down zip file of the Deploy directory made by the GUI version of the software. It includes the server software, config file, a static folder (for the index page) and the index page itself.

Running the server will load the usm.ini file for the settings, and host the index.html file for clients. This server is looking for the Aida64 software running with "Shared Memory" enabled in the "External Applications" section of the Aida64 preferences.

To connect to the server when it's running, navigate to http://localhost:5779/ . Yes, that's it!

In the complete version of the zip, you will find both pieces of software pre-compiled. If you want assistance with performing actions like making modifications to the client html, or start/stopping/hiding the software, this is a good place to start. Keep in mind this still has rough edges though!
