Inconsistencies experienced with "Show links" command on "Keyboard shortcuts" link

The Dragon Naturally Speaking user reported an inconsistency concerning the "Keyboard Shortcuts" link activation. While using the "Show links" command and selecting the corresponding number for the "Keyboard Shortcuts" link, the link activated immediately instead of requiring the user to use the "Press Enter" command. This behaviour does not align with the expected interaction, creating inconsistency.
