When this milestone is complete, a user will be able to go to warper.mapstory.org to georeference a map or aerial image that lacks geographic information and easily import that file into MapStory.org as a raster StoryLayer.

The developer will tackle issues that: 1) re-establish the warper.mapstory.org build that previously existed 2) re-establish single sign-on integration between warper.mapstory.org and mapstory.org user accounts and 3) establish a seamless workflow between warper.mapstory.org and the MapStory os-geo importer that allows for import of single raster format images and zipped temporal sequences of images.
