claude-code: hoist github_release so mise 2026.8.4 can install it

Why

mise upgrade has been failing on every workstation since mise 2026.8.4 landed:

Two upstream changes collided:

1. aqua-registry#58400 (2026-08-08) moved claude-code >= 2.1.118 off the GCS raw-binary download onto GitHub Releases, expressed as a type: github_release version override under a top-level type: http package.
2. mise 2026.8.4 (2026-08-11) vendored that registry. Its aqua merge deserializes an explicit github_release and an omitted type into the same default enum value, then deliberately skips defaults when merging overrides — so it applies the override's format: tar.gz (hence download .tar.gz) but keeps type: http, which has no url for those versions. Empty url → relative URL without a base.

Fixed upstream by jdx/mise#11901, merged 2026-08-11 19:03Z — 16 hours after 2026.8.4 was cut. No released mise has it yet, so this override is what unblocks the fleet in the meantime.

Note: mise cache clear does not help. The compiled registry cache holds the correct YAML; the defect is in the binary's merge logic.

What

Same shape as the goss override already in this repo: hoist the form mise mishandles to the top level so nothing has to be merged.

• Top level is now type: github_release, bounded to semver(">= 2.1.118").
• The <= 2.1.117 GCS raw layout survives as a type: http version override — explicit http is applied correctly by the buggy mise, because http is not the default enum value.
• That override carries checksum: {enabled: false} to cancel the top-level SHASUMS256.txt checksum it would otherwise inherit (override fields merge; see the goss comment).
• v2.1.88 keeps its no_asset: true exclusion.

Verification

On mise 2026.8.4 linux-x64, with this file as the sole aqua.registries entry:

Stock mise 2026.8.4 fails on the first and succeeds on the second, so this is a strict improvement with no regression for pinned older versions.

Removal

Delete this package once workstations run mise > 2026.8.4 (the fix also bumps the compiled aqua cache v7→v8, so no stale-cache dance is needed). Tracked as ezmm bead — see follow-up.
