Includes changes from 1.1.0 and updates Java to 17 and the Javadocs link to 1.1.1.

First release of this fork of Physicaloid, complete with package and javadocs available on Jitpack.

• Features support for more USB serial microcontrollers, such as the ATmega32U4 and RP2040.
• Easy to add more devices by specifying their VID/PID along with which driver to use.
• DTR/RTS lines can be set automatically based on the device (if known).
