ReactionNetwoks is a Package for Chemical Reaction Networks

Issues:

  1. There seems to be a problem with the indexed variables coming from a ring created by the function createRing(); is this a general problem with rings created by functions in Packages?
  2. We are trying to fix the function negativeLaplacian;
  3. We will also look at some of the missing documentation;
