Currently, it is possible to delete users that already own or modified a collection. This leads to undesired behaviour, e.g:

  1. User X creates a new collection and uploads data
  2. User X shares the collection with user Y and gives them admin rights.
  3. Admin deletes user X
  4. The collection still exists, but user Y cannot upload data to the collection anymore.

The admin should not be able to delete users which own or modified an collection.
