Removed all regex relating to filtering, we are now relying on the status entity object to check tweet properties relying on Twitter to have populated these correctly. Refactored hash and filter logic into their own files to keep things cleaner.
Added a new feature
filter_mediato true we will only retweet tweets that contain no media elements at all (images or video)
