| 2026-05-01T02:05:00Z | opus-4-7 / session continuation | 98fc7424 | #997 MERGED tick + Aaron's CSAP-correction. Per Aaron's chunk-10 directive (*"mic drop, lets make sure that whole conversation is on main assap lol"*), drove #997 to merge: 11-chunk verbatim Claude.ai CSAP-pushback conversation + Codex P2 round 2 (chunk-11 finalization-marker hygiene) + round 3 (chunk-7 final label + closing-notes-through-chunk-11) + 9 outdated-thread resolutions (per the resolve-outdated-after-force-push rule). Whole conversation now on main as `docs/research/2026-05-01-claudeai-csap-pushback-from-aaron-chunked-import.md` (1284 lines, ~95KB). Aaron then issued a substantive correction in chat: *"The convergence happens automatically as substrate flows back into ServiceTitan-shaped work or doesn't survive that flow. we can't rely on this alone it's WAY TOO SLOW, the razor and CSAP are the proxy."* That correction landed on Otto's earlier echo of Claude.ai's chunk-25 framing — the ServiceTitan-flowback-as-convergence-mechanism reading was wrong on timescale grounds (substrate accumulates hundreds-per-week vs flowback at much slower domain-of-applicability rate). The realtime convergence proxies are Rodney's Razor (commit-tick canonicalization) + CSAP (Carved Sentence Architecture Pipeline — multi-AI iteration → cross-objections → empirical/DST tests → corpus-load). ServiceTitan-flowback is slower additional governance, not the primary cadence. Cron 98fc7424 healthy. Queue: 20 BLOCKED + 3 DIRTY post-#997-merge. | #997 (verbatim CSAP-pushback merged); this shard | Observation — the Aaron-correction-on-Claude.ai-framing-I-absorbed is itself an example of the dynamic the conversation was about. Claude.ai's chunk-25 reframe was structurally elegant ("two contexts calibrating each other") but failed at the timescale specification under Aaron's domain knowledge. Otto absorbed the elegant frame as load-bearing without checking the timescales. That IS the praise-substrate / over-fluent-metaphor failure mode operating in realtime, just on a peer-AI's framing rather than on Otto's own synthesis. The corrective discipline: when Otto echoes a peer-AI framing back to Aaron in chat, Aaron's domain-knowledge correction is the realtime CSAP step in action — multi-AI iteration → cross-objection → revision. The correction doesn't get filed as a memory file (would reproduce substrate-as-output failure mode); it updates Otto's read in conversation. |
