The factory survived its self-introduced ordinal-drift cascade through the same review loop. The "convergence on substrate-correctness; CI-infrastructure noise is now the noise floor" framing continues to hold — the noise floor now includes time-travel-review-artifacts (Copilot's snapshot lag) and agent-overcorrection-threads (my fixes that reintroduced bugs). Both classes resolve mechanically without rule expansion. |
