This records the Alexa-side “65536-agent” framing as tied to “2^16 = 16-bit ZetaId,” but the repo’s ZetaId layout is a 128-bit identifier (
src/Core.FSharp.ZetaId/BitLayout.fs:15-16, and the TypeScript codec also documents packing into a 128-bit canonical ZetaId). The only 16-ish concept nearby is the 4-bit category field with values 0..15 (src/Core.FSharp.ZetaId/Types.fs:22), so future agents using this memory for ZetaId capacity or agent-count reasoning will inherit a false substrate fact unless this is softened or corrected.Useful?
