Resolving 3 Copilot P1 threads as no-op (stale-but-self-healed): each flagged a referenced research note / backlog row as missing "in this repo snapshot" — correct at thread-filing time, but the archived PRs (5890/5891/5892) have since merged, so all three artifacts now exist on origin/main:

• docs/backlog/P2/B-0925-...md ✓
• docs/backlog/P2/B-0924-...md ✓

All three threads are isOutdated=true. Per .claude/rules/blocked-green-ci-investigate-threads.md (verify-also-on-stale-but-fresh-looking findings) the prose was accurate at write-time; substrate edits would be retroactive rewriting. No-op resolve.
