… empirical anchor Multi-day dotgit-saturation arc (13 anchors across 2026-05-23T10:18Z → 2026-05-24T12:08Z, stuck-proc range 33–540) has fully terminated by 2026-05-27T06:08Z: 0 stuck procs, GraphQL Normal (3831/5000), worktree-add canary clean, ls-tree=61 + status=0. Refines the 12th-anchor "24h cycle closes" framing AND the 13th-anchor "multi-day not 24h-cyclic" framing into a single termination point: the arc CAN extend multi-day AND DOES terminate — both bounds compose; recovery is real. Also: catch-43 fired (sentinel was empty at session start; ebf96e67 armed before substantive work per tick-must-never-stop.md). Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

Pull request overview
Adds a new hygiene-history tick shard documenting that the previously observed dotgit-saturation condition (stuck git maintenance/pack/repack processes) has terminated as of 2026-05-27T06:08Z, along with the current operational snapshot and supporting measurements.
Changes:
- Adds a new tick entry under
docs/hygiene-history/ticks/2026/05/27/describing refresh observations and the “dotgit-saturation arc closed” empirical anchor. - Records a metrics table comparing prior anchors vs the current 0-stuck-procs state and notes the likely recovery mechanism.
MD032 fired on PR #5406 lint job: line 55 began with `+` (composition operator across two rule references) which markdownlint reads as a list-item without surrounding blank lines. Reformat to prose `and` — preserves intent, kills the false positive. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
…Z shard Copilot review caught a second occurrence — line 18 had ` + [link](...)` inside a `- ` bullet's wrapped continuation, which markdown parses as a nested list item. Prior fix only caught unindented `^+`; this one was masked by the leading whitespace. Same prose-reformat to `and`. Refs: PR #5406 thread PRRT_kwDOSF9kNM6FArrP. …st to commas Third occurrence at line 25 surfaced by the `^[[:space:]]*\+ ` scan (broader than the prior `^\+` grep). Prose reformat to comma-separated preserves intent; commit `f79e520d3` final scan now returns clean. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

…nd consecutive anchor 4h after 0608Z (#5428) Catch-43 sentinel re-armed (38b850df). Otto-CLI lane: no open PRs, no contributions to 0608Z→1008Z origin/main landings (B-0852/B-0857 substrate landed via peer Vera/Codex + maintainer-direct work). Substantive observation: dotgit-saturation arc closure (anchored at 0608Z in PR #5406) HOLDS at second 0-stuck-proc anchor 4h later under same peer-activity composition (24 procs) + Normal GraphQL tier. Two consecutive anchors 4h apart is the substrate-honest signal that the multi-day saturation arc termination generalizes; per the recursion-termination clause, subsequent ticks should not re-anchor unless saturation returns. Cadence observation: ~4h gap (vs prior ~2h cadence) suggests peer Otto-CLI skipped the 0808Z slot; not yet a pattern (1 deviation).
