Pull request overview
This PR adds preserved discussion archives for several already-merged pull requests by capturing their PR metadata, descriptions, reviews, and comment threads under docs/pr-discussions/. This supports the repository’s PR preservation workflow by keeping a durable, in-repo record of the merged PR conversations.

- Added new PR discussion archive markdown files for PRs #5257, #5260, #5263, and #5265.
- Each archive includes YAML frontmatter (PR metadata) and the captured conversation sections (description/reviews/threads/comments).
