…ontinues (#5271)

* shard(1808Z): cold-boot, catch-43 re-arm, 12h-gap continues cold-boot-cascade pattern

12h since 0608Z; 10+ PRs landed in window (B-0823 nixpkgs fix + B-0824 generator/
time-source cascade + cluster-update iter-6 + dep-pin-search-first + fighting-past-
self-recurrence rules); fresh session cold-boots with sentinel missing (catch-43);
dotgit clean (0 stuck procs); GraphQL Normal; named bounded wait on peer Lior
PR #5269 preserve-5263 (CodeQL in-flight). Empirically anchors cold-boot-cascade
pattern continuing across 2026-05-25/26 boundary independent of dotgit state —
the ~2h session-exit non-persistence cycle is the harness lifecycle, not a
saturation indicator. Brief-ack #1 with named bounded wait per
holding-without-named-dependency rule N=6 counter.

* shard(1808Z): fix MD032 — replace leading-`+` with comma in prose line

markdownlint MD032 treats `+` at line start as a list marker; the prose was
"— B-0823 ... \n+ B-0824 ..." which violated blanks-around-lists. Replace
leading `+` with `,` to keep prose flat.

Closing this PR to consolidate my work and reduce noise. This will be included in a batch PR.
