Empirically anchors cold-boot-cascade pattern continuing across 2026-05-25/26 boundary independent of dotgit state — the ~2h session-exit non-persistence cycle is the harness lifecycle, not a saturation indicator. Brief-ack #1 with named bounded wait per holding-without-named-dependency rule N=6 counter.
