This PR adds a PR-preservation archive entry under docs/pr-discussions/ to preserve the discussion, reviews, and metadata for PR #5130.
Changes:
- Adds a new
docs/pr-discussions/PR-5130-...mdfile containing YAML frontmatter plus the archived PR body and review thread content. - Records the archive tool provenance (
tools/pr-preservation/archive-pr.ts) and timestamps for traceability.
