Aaron 2026-05-25 added Max's near-term primary workstream: own the tier-2 Docker Desktop + Kubernetes dev-experience for the Zeta cluster substrate (middle tier in B-0780's three-tier testing story between tier-1 pure-code F# Local Loop and tier-3 full real cluster). Updates to PERSONA.md: - New "Current focus — tier-2 Docker Desktop dev-experience workstream" section covering the contract (touch DD GUI only where API/CLI can't do it; AI does the rest), the five sub-scopes (Argo CD sync-wave debugging, OTel observability matching CNI mesh shape, 30+ chart coverage matrix, kind/k3d CI testing + GitHub workflows, `zeta dev up` developer-facing surface), the topology substrate corrected after Aaron's screenshot showed DD ships native multi-node kind with a 1-10 node slider (default 3-node kind via DD's native provisioner, NOT bare kind/k3d on top), multi-cluster federation as CI-only with locally-runnable debug script, the Touch ID / biometrics integration Max gets to use for all privileged macOS operations (zflash pattern generalized), the skills-and-scripts encoding contract (every UX interaction ends as TS script, skill, or backlog row — nothing lost in chat), and composes-with cluster (B-0780, B-0759, B-0770, B-0776, B-0786 simplest-first, B-0789-forthcoming iter-4 forge-integrated bring-up) Updates to STARTING-POINT.md: - New "Current focus — tier-2 Docker Desktop dev-experience" section with the cold-boot reading list for AI collaborators (8 files in order: CLAUDE.md → AGENTS.md → .claude/rules/ → B-0780 → B-0759 → zflash-setup.ts → zeta-install.sh → simplest-first memory), the disciplines that apply (substrate-or-it-didn't-happen, simplest first, no-directives, glass-halo, verify-before-deferring, skills- and-scripts contract, Touch ID over passwords), the concrete first deliverables in value-per-effort order (read cold-boot list → author docker-desktop-tier-2 skill → author docker-desktop-k8s-enable.ts → author zfingerprint.ts → file B-NNNN backlog row), and the updated 30-day success metrics Aaron 2026-05-25: "okay can you make a pr and up maxes persona with this updated responsiblity and i'll send him a link once it's on master."
