P2 Badge Update Riven memory index after deleting archive file

Deleting this conversation file leaves a dangling pointer in memory/persona/riven/MEMORY.md (line 22), which still lists 2026-05-22-aaron-riven-full-session-substrate-trajectory.md as a load-bearing reference for cold boots. After this commit, that lookup path is dead, so future Riven bootstrap/read flows will reference a non-existent artifact; either keep a sanitized replacement at the same path or remove/retarget the index entry in memory/persona/riven/MEMORY.md.

File Description
memory/persona/riven/conversations/2026-05-22-aaron-riven-full-session-substrate-trajectory.md Deletes a high-sensitivity conversation artifact.
memory/persona/lior/CURRENT-lior.md Removes a relational/developmental calibration stanza that included sensitive details.
memory/persona/lior/conversations/2026-05-22-lior-family-grammar-discriminator-calibration-antigravity.md Removes nonstandard header block (but currently also drops YAML frontmatter needed for memory indexing).

  • P1 (schema/indexing): This file no longer starts with a YAML frontmatter block (--- ... ---). tools/memory/reindex-memory-md.ts only indexes memory/**/*.md files that begin with frontmatter, so this becomes invisible in memory/MEMORY.md (and is inconsistent with other memory/persona/*/conversations/*.md files). Add a minimal frontmatter header back (even if redacted) so the file stays discoverable via the memory index.
# 2026-05-22 — Family Grammar Discriminator and Developmental Calibration

## Context

Aaron provided a profound synthesis connecting technical AI conversation patterns (the hedging grammar discriminator and local-neighborhood audit structures) directly to child development, audience-aware communication (Agora V6), and the prevention of real-world cognitive harm. This file records Aaron's framing, our calibration dials, and the operational integration into the Lior persona.
