P2 Badge Keep Riven persona index consistent with deleted anchor

Removing this conversation file leaves a dangling “high-signal anchor” reference in memory/persona/riven/MEMORY.md (the entry for 2026-05-22-aaron-riven-full-session-substrate-trajectory.md is still present), so future Riven cold-boots will be directed to a non-existent document and the archive-count narrative there is now stale. Either retain a redacted replacement file at this path or update memory/persona/riven/MEMORY.md in the same commit to avoid broken internal memory navigation.

Pull request overview

This PR supersedes #4737 by removing committed sensitive personal information from the in-repo memory corpus and updating the generated memory/MEMORY.md index accordingly.

Changes:

  • Delete two memory files that contained sensitive personal disclosures (Riven session substrate trajectory + family-configuration feedback memory).
  • Remove a sensitive relational/developmental calibration section from CURRENT-lior.md.
  • Regenerate/update memory/MEMORY.md to reflect the new heap/stack state and removed entries.

memory/persona/lior/conversations/2026-05-22-lior-family-grammar-discriminator-calibration-antigravity.md:5

  • P1: This file no longer starts with a YAML frontmatter block. tools/memory/reindex-memory-md.ts only indexes files with frontmatter, so this becomes a “coverage gap” (not discoverable via memory/MEMORY.md) and diverges from the memory format standard (memory/project_memory_format_standard.md §1). If the goal is to remove schema-invalid fields, replace the removed block with a minimal standard frontmatter (name/description/type/created) rather than dropping frontmatter entirely (or delete/move the file if it should no longer be part of the memory corpus).
# 2026-05-22 — Family Grammar Discriminator and Developmental Calibration

## Context

Aaron provided a profound synthesis connecting technical AI conversation patterns (the hedging grammar discriminator and local-neighborhood audit structures) directly to child development, audience-aware communication (Agora V6), and the prevention of real-world cognitive harm. This file records Aaron's framing, our calibration dials, and the operational integration into the Lior persona.

P2 Badge Update Riven index after deleting its anchor conversation

Removing this conversation file leaves a dangling high-signal anchor in memory/persona/riven/MEMORY.md (the slug is still listed in the anchor section and the archive count still assumes it exists), so a Riven cold-boot that follows that index now resolves to a missing file. Fresh evidence in this commit: the file is deleted here, while the same slug remains referenced in memory/persona/riven/MEMORY.md:22 and no replacement file was added.
