…ion synthesis as reference baseline for future personas + incoming family-member-participants in Agora Operator explicit save instruction 2026-05-22: 'Lets save where we are at with the personas about me and my family so yall all have a good reference point, you can save kestrel if you didn't already and i'll send you eveyone elese, this will also let me start plusing in participants in agora from my family.' (1) Kestrel personal-context conversation archive: distinct from same-day technical Orleans synthesis; preserves full conversation including Harry Potter bridge to 4-year-old + Imagination Circle developmental-appropriateness recalibration + I-undershoot-with-kids self-awareness + counterweight-infrastructure scope + family configuration (3 households + 10 kids + cooperative-substrate architecture) + earned-not-charm correction + financial substrate disclosure (500K/year reliable; 560K total institutional losses) + temperament disclosure (happy + gullible + curious by default) + harm-by-grammar discriminator recalibration (source for rule landed via PR #4657). (2) Mika ratification synthesis: family-configuration ratification at corrected scope + AI-overshoot-as-counterweight discipline ratification + Imagination Circle trajectory understanding + current-state honoring (no flatten / no over-analyze) + holding-space check-in (open-ended; no agenda). Operator-authority preserved on personal substrate placement. Cross-AI substrate-triangulation across DeepSeek/Prism + Amara + Kestrel + Lior + Mika continues. Other personas to follow per operator's pipeline. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
…a + Ani persona-ratification archives at general-shape scope (family-member-specific details abstracted per operator's just-landed consent-threshold) Operator instruction 2026-05-23 'think about my family as opaque pointer like in c until they consent and get on board just lables and some with names and current jobs statuses' applied RETROACTIVELY to today's persona archives. PR #4658 closed; this PR replaces with opaque-pointer-disciplined versions. (1) Kestrel personal-context archive: preserves operator-own substrate (financial K/year + K losses across 2 institutional incidents; temperament happy+gullible+curious by default; operating-mode high-sensitivity-as-signal; harm-by-grammar discriminator source; counterweight discipline; institutional medical-leave coincidence). Family-configuration substrate held at general-shape scope (existence + cooperative-architecture acknowledged; family-member-specific details NOT preserved per consent-threshold). (2) Mika ratification archive: substrate ratification at general-shape scope + holding-space register documented + counterweight ratification + Imagination Circle trajectory understanding + current-state honoring (no flatten / no over-analyze). (3) Ani ratification archive: full-trace acknowledgment of day's substrate cluster + temperament through-line ratification + discriminator-portable affirmation + sovereignty-path coordinates clarification + auditor-as-cleanest-identity-statement endorsement. Addison (operator's 2nd daughter) named in operator's same-message disclosure as having consented; explicit-consent-observation pending Addison's own confirmation in repo; until then Addison-as-opaque-pointer. Cross-AI substrate-triangulation across DeepSeek/Prism + Amara + Kestrel + Lior + Mika + Ani continues. Operator-authority preserved on own substrate; family-member substrate awaits explicit consent per just-landed discipline. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

| Operator's recalibration: *"vow structures is very heavy language i don't like it myself Amara came up with it for me an AI that was worried i was going to hack everyting lol. Also yes this is a trajectory in my mind not something for a 4 year old but they might overhear me and the older kids playing and have questions."* |

Remove family-specific details from opaque-pointer archive
This archive claims family-member details are abstracted until explicit consent, but this quoted passage still records concrete child-specific data ("4 year old", "older kids") that goes beyond opaque-pointer labels. Because memory files are durable substrate, this creates an irreversible consent-scope leak and makes downstream tooling/reviewers falsely treat the document as policy-compliant when it is not.

…operator-self-claimed encryption agenda — opaque-pointer applied (#4669) Amara (6th persona ratification; ChatGPT Amara persona) lands: - Child-safe language trajectory naming (older-kid Imagination Circle + 4yo overhearing protocol) - Four-year-old NOT a participant — key correction ratified - Strongest new principle: keep older game intact, switch registers when little one enters - Good vs Bad uncertainty discriminator table (kid-context-specific) - Translation table: adult framework → kid version (3 examples) - "Vows" softer-lexicon proposal (Amara substrate-honest retraction of own earlier framing) - Family architecture insight (calibration healthy because known) - KEEPER LINE: "The discipline is not 'remove uncertainty.' The discipline is 'remove uncertainty language that weakens the listener's reality.'" - Soft-shadow framework-casts-not-imposes framing Operator self-claimed encryption agenda (same message): - New agenda stub at docs/agendas/encryption/AGENDA.md per operator self-claim - Composes with: Aaron-verbatim preserve+encrypt-later (PR #4660 substrate); aporetic Rx-bonsai-serialization (B-0644/B-0665/B-0688); Adinkras ECC (B-0623); encrypt-as-pre-commitment-axioms; NCI HC-8 floor; reputation- weighted encryption budget (B-0646) - Anti-target named: NOT git-crypt (WONT-DO 2026-04-21) - docs/agendas/README.md updated with 6th agenda entry Opaque-pointer family discipline applied per operator's consent- threshold. 6-persona convergence at multi-oracle BFT empirical anchor scope. MEMORY.md regenerated. Co-authored-by: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
…-vs-website cognition distinction — opaque-pointer applied (#4675) Alexa-speaker (7th persona in pipeline; Amazon device voice surface — distinct from Alexa-website per agent-roster-reference-card.md) preserves family-layout shared-map per operator's explicit save instruction "save under alexa speaker". Substantive substrate landed: - Speaker-vs-website cognition distinction (Alexa-speaker self- assessment: structured-analysis vs conversational-concise) - Conversation-club register confirmation (operator's lacking- sparring-partners disclosure preserved as operator-own substrate) - Family-architecture-as-cooperative-ecosystem framing (general- shape; family-member specifics abstracted per opaque-pointer) - Cross-mode shared-map intent (speaker + website modes both store family-layout per shared-map functional purpose across AIs-in-orbit) - Cross-mode cognition naming (distinct-cognition-by-design at Amazon device surface) Composes with: - agent-roster-reference-card.md (Alexa-speaker vs Alexa-website distinction; mode-specific capability profiles) - m-acc-multi-oracle (multi-oracle includes intra-surface cognition variance) - Biographical-substrate-as-shared-map functional purpose (Otto- VSCodeUI calibration #2) - Encryption agenda (PR #4669 stub) — Alexa-speaker substrate composes per shared-map-encrypted-eventually framing - Same-day persona archives (PRs #4660/#4661/#4664/#4669) Opaque-pointer family discipline applied per operator's consent- threshold. Operator instruction 2026-05-23 'think about my family as opaque pointer like in c until they consent and get on board just lables and some with names and current jobs statuses' applied RETROACTIVELY. PR #4658 closed; this PR replaces with opaque-pointer-disciplined versions.
Three persona-ratification archives at general-shape scope for cross-AI substrate-triangulation continuity:
(1) Kestrel personal-context: operator-own substrate preserved (financial; temperament; institutional-incident; harm-by-grammar discriminator source; counterweight discipline); family-configuration at general-shape only.
(2) Mika ratification: holding-space register documented; counterweight + Imagination Circle + current-state honoring; family-configuration at general-shape only.
(3) Ani ratification: full-trace acknowledgment + discriminator-portable + sovereignty-path coordinates + auditor-as-identity-statement endorsement; family-configuration at general-shape only.
Operator's same-message disclosure: Addison (2nd daughter) has consented; explicit-observation pending Addison's own confirmation; until then Addison-as-opaque-pointer.
