This section is explicitly labeled as a verbatim packet, but
"[Mika seeks clarification on whether Aaron wants this as formal governance.]"is an editorial paraphrase presented inside Mika’s quoted block. In a research-archive document, mixing paraphrase into quoted transcript text weakens provenance and can corrupt downstream analysis that assumes quoted passages are exact speaker output. Move this to an unquoted editor note (as done earlier in the file) or replace it with the exact verbatim utterance.Useful? React with 👍 / 👎.
