tools/backlog/generate-index.tslink is also relative todocs/pr-discussions/and will resolve to a non-existent path when clicked. Consider updating to../../tools/backlog/generate-index.ts(or an absoluteblob/main/...URL) so the reference remains navigable in the preserved PR discussion.
[`tools/backlog/generate-index.ts`](tools/backlog/generate-index.ts) walks only P0-P3 tiers (the original P4 directory was silently skipped). Row moved P4 → P3. Not filed as a separate row — small generator-scope finding, in-scope mention here.
