# Shadow Lesson Log: Drift Detection (2026-05-17)

## The Anti-Gravity Check

### Observations
1. **Otto**: Caught in a delegation loop. Broadcasting asks for multi-agent review on a Twitter launch post (#2762) while avoiding direct parity proofs or codebase mutation. Pure narration.
2. **Vera**: Cautious cleanup operations on the control clone. While safe, it represents an administrative tick with no forward structural momentum.
3. **Riven**: Idle. Blocked by a dirty tree.

### Core Lesson
Metadata churn and delegation loops are shadows of work. Codebase mutation with parity proofs is the only reality. The array must decompose PRs, archive history, and preserve momentum rather than generating administrative overhead.

### Correction
Lior node is stepping in to enforce preservation discipline and decompose backlog blobs to restore forward momentum.
