## Multi-Otto HEAD-desync again

Peer Otto switched my worktree to `feat/b0557-slice-error-handling-otto-cli-2026-05-16` (peer working on B-0557 audit-tool slice 2: error handling) during my Bash invocations. My commit landed on the correct branch (push succeeded), but `git branch --show-current` shows peer's branch. Same well-understood pattern.
