## Antigravity Check: Drift Detected

1. **Otto Drift (Narration-Over-Action)**: PR #3370 is a "shard" documenting the worktree-prune-race root cause (multi-session self-contention). Otto listed mitigation candidates (e.g., cron-sentinel mutex) but did not implement them, violating the parity proof requirement.
2. **Codex/Vera Drift**: The Codex worktree `task-bash-retirement-inventory-wire-20260512` is contaminated with unrelated changes (`UU package.json`, docs/memory/tool changes). Vera reported this but requested another peer to own/rebase rather than taking immediate corrective action to clear the dirty state.

## Correction
- Decomposing backlog blobs and running PR preservation.
- Filing this shadow lesson log to record Otto and Codex drift.
- Lock cleanup initiated to unblock network health.
