Commit [90f13c2](https://github.com/Lucent-Financial-Group/Zeta/commit/90f13c2)
applies the two legitimate fixes. The false-positive thread was resolved
with a brief dismissal reply.

## Step 4b — PR #3083 followup

The Otto→Leilani EXPERT-REGISTRY xref fix MERGED. The dangling
`PM-1 (Otto)` reference is replaced with `Leilani (Product/Scrum Master
role)` on main. Substrate-honest registry semantics restored.

recognition in `isListItemStart`). Still DIRTY merge state. Rebase
still requires concurrent-activity quiet-period. Deferred.
