Summary

Test plan

  • One-line index entry under ~200 chars per CLAUDE.md MEMORY.md hygiene rule
  • Pointer file exists at the indexed path
  • Inserted at semantically-appropriate location (alongside other 2026-05-05 substrate-flow entries)

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

… (razor-cadence Step 5 audit)

Razor-cadence Step 5 (MEMORY.md index audit) catch: feedback_anti_ossification_discipline_kernels_stay_candidate_not_authority_recursive_application_to_zeta_aaron_2026_05_05.md was committed via PR #1625 but missed the index entry. Companion files from same substrate-flow (architecture-provenance, strike-don't-annotate, red-team-three-level, cybernetic-already) were indexed; this one slipped.

Light-touch operational hygiene per the no-op-cadence-is-failure-mode CLAUDE.md bullet: bounded operational work (lint scripts, doc normalization, MEMORY.md index audit) is allowed during sleep-test windows; substantive razor pass (Steps 1-4) deferred to daylight.

Pull request overview

Indexes a previously committed shared-memory memo in memory/MEMORY.md so it’s discoverable via the repo’s canonical memory index.

Changes:

  • Added the missing feedback_anti_ossification_discipline_..._2026_05_05.md entry to memory/MEMORY.md.
  • Placed the entry alongside the other 2026-05-05 substrate-flow memory items.

…r-cadence Step 5 catch + memory audits clean (#1646)

#1635/#1638/#1643 + fix-up rounds + #1644 (1300Z) + #1645 (MEMORY.md index audit) all merged. Razor-cadence Step 5 (MEMORY.md index audit) caught a missing index entry for the anti-ossification memory; companion files were already indexed. Memory hygiene audits clean (0 duplicates, 455/455 refs resolve).

Razor-cadence Steps 1-4 (substantive razor pass) deferred to daylight per sleep-test-at-three-levels. Issue #1624 ages open until daylight runs the full pass -- age IS the cadence-skip signal per the mechanized workflow.

Cross-validator BFT-shape at substrate-validation level: Aaron + Claude.ai + Codex + Copilot + razor-cadence workflow + memory hygiene audits all participated this window. No single validator is load-bearing.

…use sharpened "candidate-almost-authority" link text (Copilot review) (#1647)

Two reviewer threads on already-merged #1645:

- Entry too long (memory/README.md: "one line per memory file ... keep entries terse"; CLAUDE.md: "~150 chars")
- Link text used the unsharpened "candidate-not-authority" framing while the linked memo's title/heading uses the sharpened "candidate-almost-authority ... respected-not-reverenced" framing

Both Real-fix class per PR-thread-resolution taxonomy. Filename unchanged (preserves git-history continuity); link text and hook updated to match memo body.
