Three real findings from #1306 review (post-merge): P3→P2 (research-grade per taxonomy), B-0XXXX placeholder → real B-0173/B-0172/B-0166 refs, BACKLOG.md index regenerated. The 'review-cycle stats conflict' finding is debatable — numbers were accurate at write-time; row will be updated when #1298 merges.

Pull request overview

Post-merge cleanup for backlog item B-0174: aligns the row’s priority with the repo’s P2 “research-grade” taxonomy, replaces the placeholder B-0XXXX reference with concrete cross-refs, and updates the generated backlog index accordingly.

Changes:

  • Update B-0174 frontmatter priority P3 → P2 and adjust the “Why P2” rationale text.
  • Replace the placeholder “B-0XXXX” mention with concrete references to B-0173/B-0172/B-0166 and the memory/architectural-intent-guesses/ directory.
  • Regenerate/update docs/BACKLOG.md to include B-0174 in the P2 index.

  • Priority is updated to P2, but the frontmatter still includes the tag p3-research. This now looks inconsistent with the P2 classification; please update/remove that tag (or replace it with the correct P2-equivalent tag if one exists).

…1307 P3→P2 ref + #1308 'land' tense (4 trailing findings)

Three post-merge findings on #1307 + #1308 + the same-tick-update-
recursion discipline applied to my own first threshold-crossing:

1. **CURRENT-aaron.md missing §53 distillation** (#1307 thread #1):
   The alignment-frontier memo's worked-example landed via #1307 but
the fast-path projection in CURRENT-aaron.md still stopped at the
   pre-threshold guidance. Same-tick-update-recursion discipline
applies to my OWN threshold-crossing — this is the recursion's
meta-instance. Added §53 with full B-0174 distillation: what
happened, architectural intent, 4-criteria composition table,
   lineage, what-this-means-for-future-Otto, open questions for
   Aaron, carved sentence

2. **P3→P2 stale reference** (#1307 thread #3): alignment-frontier
   memo's worked-example section had `docs/backlog/P3/B-0174-...`
but the row moved to P2 in #1309. Updated to P2 path

3. **'both PRs land' present-tense** (#1308 thread #1): tick shard
0420Z said "both PRs land" but they were wait-ci with auto-merge
armed at write-time. Updated to clarify the auto-merge state at
   write-time

4. **PR-body durability concern** (#1307 thread #2): the section
"Open questions Aaron may want to address" includes the question
about chronological list vs per-crossing memo. This question now
lives in §53's body too, not just in the PR body — durable
   substrate, not host-only

Same-tick-update-recursion discipline-note for future-Otto: when YOUR
OWN architectural intent emerges and lands, the cascade still applies.
The §53 add was the missing layer.

…o BACKLOG.md index + replace B-0XXXX placeholder (#1306 post-merge findings)

Three real findings from #1306 review (post-merge):

1. **P3 → P2**: per docs/BACKLOG.md taxonomy, P2 IS "research-grade".
   B-0174 is research-grade frontier-ability measurement. Initial
filing in P3 was a category error. Moved file from
   docs/backlog/P3/ → docs/backlog/P2/, updated frontmatter
priority, rewrote "Why P3" section as "Why P2" with promotion-
   to-P1 trigger conditions
2. **B-0XXXX placeholder → real refs**: replaced the placeholder
with explicit references to the existing in-the-moment guesses:
   B-0173 (hook-authoring) + B-0172 (plugin-packaging) + B-0166
   (chat-as-DBSP-event) under memory/architectural-intent-guesses/
3. **BACKLOG.md not regenerated**: added B-0174 entry to the P2
section between B-0172 and the P3 section header

Out of scope:

- The "review-cycle stats conflict with tick history" finding
(PR #1306 thread #4) is debatable — the tick-history numbers
evolved as the PR went through more rounds; the row's "19+ across
5 rounds" was accurate at write-time. Cumulative count is now
21+ findings across 7 rounds; the row will be updated when
#1298 actually merges with the final convergence-signature

Real find on the BACKLOG.md generator: the bash version (tools/backlog/generate-index.sh) is canonical for CI; the TS version (generate-index.ts) produces slightly different formatting (extra blank line). Switched to bash-generator output. The [architectural-intent-emergence] suffix stripped automatically by the generator (it's not in frontmatter title) — fine.

Resolving.

… 4 thread triage (1 real, 3 stale) (#1311)

#1309 CI-drift fixed by switching from TS generator to bash generator
(canonical for CI). #1310 4 threads: 3 stale P3→P2-path findings
(review-against-PR-branch-not-main; resolves post-#1309-merge) + 1
substantive wording fix (19+ → 19 grew to 21 across 7 rounds).

Pattern: TS-vs-bash generator divergence is a substrate-quality class
— same data should produce same output regardless of language.
