PR #755 (2026-04-29 prefab tick-history shard): 1 P1 thread on timestamp mismatch — resolved-as-deferred-per-B-0129-migration-policy (Aaron 2026-05-01 classified prefab shards as low-stakes greenfield-OK; cleanup not required).
PR #1025: stale-count summary said 1 unresolved; per-thread GraphQL query showed all 5 already resolved. No action needed.
