feat(frontend): finalize Discord portal URL mapping and legal pages

Resumo

• adiciona páginas públicas de termos e privacidade (/terms-of-service, /privacy-policy) com aliases (/terms, /privacy)
• adiciona testes de rotas legais não autenticadas no frontend
• finaliza mapeamentos de URL no vercel.json: /install -> /api/auth/discord e fallback SPA /:path* -> /index.html
• documenta valores finais do Discord Developer Portal (General Information, Installation e Activities URL Mapping)

Verificação

• npm run lint --workspace=packages/frontend
• npm run type:check --workspace=packages/frontend
• npm run test --workspace=packages/frontend (executado no workspace principal; passou com 34 arquivos / 257 testes)
• npm run build:frontend
• smoke em produção:

Observações

• os campos de verificação no portal do Discord já foram configurados com os valores documentados.
