Summary

Implements RSS polling service that monitors criativaria.com.br/rss.xml every hour and posts new guide entries to a Discord #guias channel. Built with deduplication via RssDiscoveredGuide Prisma model to prevent duplicate posts.

• RssBridgeService: Polls RSS feed every 3600000ms (1 hour), extracts guide slug from URL, checks database, posts rich embed on new guides
• RssDiscoveredGuide model: Tracks posted guides by slug (unique constraint) + title and timestamp
• Feature toggle: RSS_BRIDGE flag gates service; defaults true
• Error handling: All errors logged via @lucky/shared/utils, non-fatal failures don't crash bot
• Embed styling: Criativaria brand color (0xe879a0), description truncated to 150 chars max
• Dependency: Added rss-parser@^3.13.0
