A consistent visual refresh across all 25 dashboard pages, applied within the existing design system — no new palette, fonts, or dependencies.

Direction (approved off a real before/after prototype)

"Refresh within the system" — keep the lucky-* tokens + shadcn primitives + Sora/Manrope, and tighten the visual craft:

Panel/card definition — border border-lucky-border so surfaces read as defined, not floating on the dark canvas
Label hierarchy — small metadata labels → uppercase tracking-wide font-semibold (instant "this is metadata" signal)
Density rhythm — consistent px-4 py-3 row padding, tidied gaps
Hover polish — transition-colors hover:bg-lucky-bg-active/25 on interactive rows; neon-accent left border on nav/quick-action rows
Badges — rounded-sm + uppercase font-semibold

Method

Prototyped the treatment on DashboardOverview (reference), got direction sign-off on a real before/after, then fanned out 5 agents × 5 pages (parallel, file-disjoint), each mirroring the reference. className/visual only — no copy, props, logic, or JSX-structure changes.

Verification

Frontend: tsc clean, 854 tests pass (78 files), coverage gate green, npm run lint clean.
Per-page tests all green during the fan-out (~453 page tests).

Not visually verified

The dashboard is auth-gated, so I could only capture the DashboardOverview reference (see the PR thread / prototype). Recommend a quick smoke test: cd packages/frontend && npm run dev.

Scope note

Marketing/auth/legal pages (Landing, Login, Docs, Changelog, Features, Privacy/Terms) have different layouts and were intentionally left out of this pass — a light follow-up.
