Hide Assets from Sidebar and fields from asset #22

Part of #9 really, should never really be deleting anything so we don't delete an asset just hide it from the sidebar.

Fields also need a way of being hidden from assets, which would mean hidden from the form and normal view but not revisions.

This has sort of been achieved through #20 as we can now set an ACL that hides an asset.
