This repository contains an experimental Python port of the trelliscope R package. It is currently under heavy development.
For basic usage see the Python Trelliscope Introduction Jupyter notebook.
To obtain the library while it is under heavy development, please consult the "Getting Started For Development" page for instructions on downloading and installing the package from source.
