fix(sunshine): change gcc to unpinned version

Description

gcc14 has been removed from Arch repos. This PR moves from gcc14 to gcc (unversioned). Additionally, an uninitialized error needs to be ignored in Simple-Web-Server.

The same changes are being made upstream (for beta version) in LizardByte/Sunshine#4546
