[gnome-randr-rust](https://github.com/maxwellainatchi/gnome-randr-rust) and [gnome-randr.py](https://gitlab.com/Oschowa/gnome-randr), but both of those are
unmaintained and do not support newer Mutter features such as HDR and VRR.
