Can't find address when parameter suggestions are not being used

Expected behavior

I'd like to be able to search anything without using parameter suggestions. Or maybe typing something in the input should be disabled and i must use parameter suggestions. But then maybe wording for parameter suggestions should be changed because suggestions sound something optional ?

Actual behavior

When i enter an address without using parameter suggestions, it can't find any transactions. But they are there:
