Currency and decimal places picker redesign

The currency picker is placed on the top bar. The decimal places can be set on the bottom bar which is not very convenient from the UX point of view - it requires scrolling to the very bottom to change the rounding options.

This issue addresses the following changes:

1. The currency picker should display all available currencies with their full names and 3 capital letter codes ex. (Lisk -> LSK).
2. There should be a decimal point menu below the currency list.
3. The mobile view should also reflect the change, but the navigation menu should be displayed first in the burger menu. The next should be currency picker and the last decimal point settings.
