Implemented on master (v2.0.0)

Breaking Change

The widget was updated to be compatible to LaxarJS 1.0.0, which introduces several incompatibilities to prior LaxarJS versions itself. Hence it is required that an application using this widget in version 2.0.0 updates the following libraries at least to the given versions in its bower.json:

"laxar": "^1.0.0",
"laxar-patterns": "^1.0.0",
"laxar-uikit": "^1.0.0",
