…pm guard PR #13 merged with 14 green checks, PRs #1 and #2 closed as superseded, no open PRs left. The image was republished from the Fase 2 commit and its boot smoke test passed; digest and the revision label recorded so a pulled image maps back to a line of history. Also records why a version tag is now safe on the npm axis: the publish leg is opt-in and off, and the reason it mattered — npm view omniroute@3.8.51 is a 404 because upstream is on 3.8.50, so the 'already published' brake would not have held.
