  1. Remove deprecated code in GigPlayer 

    Use `CountInstruments` and `GetInstrument` instead of the deprecated
methods `GetFirstInstrument` and `GetNextInstrument`.

Use `CountRegions` and `GetRegionAt` instead of the deprecated
`GetFirstRegion` and `GetNextRegion`.

Both changes turn `while` loops into `for` loops.
