Building The Project

Download the chaste source code
Within the chase source code is a projects directory. Clone this repo there.
CD into the cloned repo's location
Run python3 setup_project.py and answer y to all the onscreen prompts
Modify the runChasteS1S2_Bidomain.sh script or ensure its directories point to the correct location.
Run the script
