Fixes #9 Match an EOL and any proceeding whitespace at the beginning of a line as whitespace. EOL are only tokenized as EOL if NOT at the beginning of line, so they are only after expressions. Whitespace are still tokenized as whitespace when between expressions.

Parse blank lines as whitespace. Don't parsing EOL followed by blank lines as a single EOL.
