And a bunch of other (hopefully) minor changes.
The last thing I did was add an Apache 2 license to the project, to hopefully clear up any confusion people might have about using this project as a template or making contributions. This is the same license used by the Kotlin project itself, so it seemed appropriate. I didn't license each file since I don't really expect people to directly use much of the code anyways, just the project structure (and maybe some basic test configuration).
