Summary
Re-applies PR #7720 which was silently reverted by a
--force-with-leasepush during the publish workflow on April 1 (see #8558 for full audit).en.ts: changes"Built-in mode (read-only definition)"→"This is a built-in mode. Its base definition cannot be changed, but you can configure overrides below."uk.ts,tr.ts,nl.tstranslations which were missed by the original translation pass in PR fix(i18n): update built-in mode banner text in all translations #808613 other locale files already had correct translations (applied by #8086), so they are not touched here.
